Our parcelforce delivery charges are as follows:
UK – 0-30kg=6.00 31-60kg=12.00 61-90kg=18.00 91kg+ 6.00 per 30kg
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands – aditional charges may be applied
Channel Islands – aditional may charges applied
Royalmail prices can be viwed on the royalmail web site https://www.royalmail.com/
Heavy items such as bags of soil, coco or clay pebbles may incur an extra charge due to their weight. When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the delivery charge is calculated automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
Please note that for fraud prevention purposes, we can only deliver orders to the address at which your payment card is registered.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is usually 2-3 days subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to 28 days.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days dilvery time if order is placed on a sunday bank holiday.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Runcorn Hydroponics will select the carrier you select to deliver your goods. This Being Royal mail or Ups
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery is not guaranteed and Runcorn Hydroponics shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Runcorn Hydroponics shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If you need to return a product purchased from Runcorn Hydroponics then you have 14 days to do so. The returned goods must be unopened and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
If the return is due to damage or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 days. If the goods returned are found to be in full working order these will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee and the cost of carriage.
Any refund, which is due to damage or faulty parts, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
